As they prepare a one-off pop-up breakfast in the middle of the bustling Sydney Markets at Flemington.
Sydney Markets is the busiest fresh produce market in the Southern hemisphere - one-third of Australia's population consume the fresh produce sold through the market - and your table will be right in the thick of it all. The breakfast will be a sit down affair with our guest chefs producing an inspiring menu using the freshest produce sourced directly from the markets. Fresh juice and coffee/tea will also be included. The event kicks off at 7am and finishes by 8.30am. You’ll be welcome to come early to explore the Produce and Flower Markets or stay later to experience the abundance of Friday’s public market at Paddy’s Markets. Entry to the Markets (normally $10) is included as are all food and beverages.
